Paris Dec. 3/17

Arrived here this A.M. & expect to rejoin my unit tomorrow. Left Rome on Saturday night & was on the train 36 hours. Will soon be back in the old line again but, am feeling O.K. so I guess it’s about time. I was having another go at it. Am not going to Britain after all. Have certainly had a great time *& was sorry to leave the hospital. Have not heard from Canada for over two months & am anxious to get back so that I can get my mail.
